In-house Digital Assets
We will leverage our expertise to build and monetize a portfolio of digital assets, generating revenue through various channels.
  • Monetizing Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok channels, focused on motivational, educational, and inspirational content.
  • Developing and scaling affiliate sites, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS platforms to showcase our capabilities, driving sustained, scalable growth.
Team Structure
The agency will be structured with a core team of experienced professionals, each playing a crucial role in driving success.
  • Director: Leads the agency’s vision and strategic growth. The Director drives key business decisions, client relationships, and ensures that every department is aligned with long-term goals. They play a critical role in fostering innovation and high-quality execution.
  • Operations Manager: Manages daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and efficiently. This role keeps teams focused and operations seamless.
  • Sales Manager: Initially, one person will lead client acquisition efforts and develop client relationships. This role will expand as demand grows, with future team members added as needed.
  • Creative Director: Oversees the entire creative output, ensuring that every project—whether for clients or internal assets—meets the highest standards for quality and innovation.
  • Junior Art Director (1+): Assists the Creative Director in executing tasks such as web design, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Chief Accountant & Assistant: Responsible for financial planning and compliance, ensuring that the agency’s financial decisions align with business growth objectives.
  • System Admin: Manages the agency’s IT infrastructure, security, and office systems (such as printers, hardware, and network management), ensuring that technical operations run smoothly.
To maintain operational flexibility and reduce fixed costs, we will outsource tasks such as development, app creation, and specialized creative tasks to a global pool of talent when necessary.
Infrastructure & Software Needs
The agency will leverage a suite of essential tools and software to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
  • Notion: Project management and documentation.
  • Slack: Seamless team communication.
  • Creative Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Runway, MidJourney, Leonardo AI, 11Labs, ChatGPT.
  • ActiveCampaign: CRM and email marketing automation to help manage customer relationships and nurture leads.
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs: SEO tracking and analytics for both client services and in-house digital assets.
  • AWS / Google Cloud: Cloud hosting and storage for scalability and reliability.
  • VPN & Security Tools: Ensuring data security and compliance with privacy standards.

Investment Request
Supporting the agency’s initial setup and growth will require focusing on these key areas:
  • Talent Recruitment: We will focus on attracting top-tier talent for key roles, such as the Creative Director and Sales Manager, laying a strong foundation for the team’s growth and success.
  • Infrastructure Setup: Investment will be used to establish essential tools and systems, ensuring that the team operates at peak efficiency from day one, laying the groundwork for seamless scalability.
  • Client Acquisition: Part of the funding will be directed towards targeted marketing and lead generation efforts, enabling us to secure high-value clients and accelerate business growth.
  • In-House Assets: To ensure we are self sustaining, allocating a % of the startup funds to channel creation as well as asset purchases which can be scaled by our own team within 2-3 months as the business brand is established & we onboard clients.
My Personal Ask
Base Salary
375,000 - 450,000 THB per month.
Revenue Share
3–5% of annual profits or a similar bonus structure.
Equity Ownership
20% stake in the company to ensure alignment of long-term incentives
Costs & ROI Projections
The agency will adopt a lean approach to initial setup, focusing on minimal office space, IT infrastructure and personnel needs. The office could be be located in Phuket or Bangkok, where we can leverage a large talent pool while keeping overheads low.
Initial expenses will primarily cover asset purchases, team salaries, software subscriptions, and operational costs, all designed to support scalable, sustainable growth.
Projected ROI Timeline
  • In-house digital asset monetization via sponsorships, ads, affiliate sales, and partnerships will begin within the first 3-6 months, with significant scale potential from views, partnerships and other membership channels.
  • Client Services revenue streams are expected to come online rapidly, with initial revenue generated within the first 2-3 months.
Based on estimated figures of startup and ongoing running costs, it feels realistic to allow at least 6-12 months to see a strong in-road into the target market segments and consistent profit goals being reached on a monthly basis.
